With the requirements as follows:
- Male or Female ( maximum age of 40 years ).
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from economic-management or other related
discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Senior Marketing Franchise or Senior
Business Development in related to Franchise business
(property/brokerage).
- Has experience in handling the whole operation of franchise division.
- Pro-active, high initiative with pleasant personality, strong leadership and
management skills.
- Good analytical thinking and problem solver.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, taarget oriented.
- Able to perform under pressure and achieve target, given by CEO.
- English proficiency is a must.
She / He will be responsible with the following task:
- Responsible for helping the CEO in managing and operating the franchise
division.
- Fully in charge of the monitoring and supervising Business Development
and Education Manager, Promotion and Product Development Manager,
as well as Senior Franchise Manager.
- Good networking with business, prospective member broker and property /
franchise association.
- Organizing / managing / enhancing the progress of Franchise division.
